CleanStatic-140 carries the highest conductive-fibre share in the CleanStatic range: 4% Belltron yarn, gridlocked into the surface of a twill 2/1 weave. The grid gives static charge a controlled path to earth, reducing the risk of an incendiary discharge and of damage to sensitive electronics.[show_more more="Show more" less="Show less" color="#629e11" align="left" ] It is built for cleanroom and laboratory garments, and for light service wear where charge control matters more than abrasion resistance. Tested to EN 1149 and EN 61340-5-1, with performance verified after 5 wash cycles at 60°C to ISO 6330.
